Home Brew and Soda making
Its a good solid no nonsense clad bottom stainless steal pot.
Used primarily to make syrup for soda making and occasionally small test batches of home brew.
It's a good stock pot for general kitchen use but I don't do much of that.
If you do accidentally scorch the bottom it cleans up very easily with minimal effort just soak with PBW and a good rinse.

Wasn't exactly like I wanted but it is a sturdy built pan and with the 3 ply base, it helps to keep from burning foods.
Great size
I shipped this to my daughter because we were spending Christmas with her and she needed a pot big enough for the Christmas eve cioppino we were making. A great pot perfect size (fit 4 pounds seafood, + 3 dozen clams/mussels AND 2 lobsters (parts of course). Heavy durable and definitly as described.
