Sweet Pan
I totally forgot about this pan until I found it elsewhere. This pan is so cute and is perfect for its intended use - Heart Tartlettes. Like all Nordic Ware pan there is even baking. To get the tarts with a firm ridge, the pan with the dough in it should be chilled for 10 minutes before popping it straight into a preheated oven. This pan is Pro Cast so the finishing is a dark grey, but no problem. Overall great pan, after all it's Nordic Ware. Amazon needs to bring this pan back in stock. I'm not so sure about the other sellers. Anyhow, happy baking! Enjoy. :)
heart pan
I love this pan. I baked mini tarts, mini pound cakes and other mini cakes in it. So cute and it baked evenly. I owned alot of Nordic ware and love baking from them. They are good quality pan. It feel heavy and made of good material.
