Very good tortilla-española pan
I bought this pan set to prepare tortilla española (tortilla de patatas). The pans are great, they are absolutely non-stick, the seal is perfect to turn the tortilla upside down, and they are light enough so you don't hurt your wrist when you're turning them. And I'm also extremely happy with the affordable price, which makes it really worth it.
Of course, Cuisinart is a very reliable brand, so it absolutely fulfilled my expectations.
Highly recommended.
