Excellent Quality!
Very happy with B&W Trailer Hitches! Just know that I needed a 1 1/4 Shaft for the 2 5/8" ball. Just try and go to a quality RV store and it should be no problem to get one. I had a hard time finding it at Wal-Mart or any hardware stores. Also, the RV store I went to also provides service and they used an impact wrench to mount it for me for free.
