high quality pans
there are really nice - high quality pans and are well made. they are rigid, yet light weight and they are professional quality. i am planning on boiling maple sap in them to make maple syrup - stay tuned for the outcome! ;)

Again, love these pans. Sturdy, NFS appropriate. Use these for our BBQ food trailer and our catering needs. Hightly recommend these pans also.
