This a complete canning kit, a great way to get started in canning, which is fun and useful. I have made jams and jellies and canned tomatoes with great success.
Canning Starter Kit
The kit arrived timely and was as described. One part of the pan had a small dent in it and I was worried that the lid would not fit perfectly. I contacted the company and was immediately sent out a replacement! Excellent customer service! The dvd was excellent and within a few minutes I WAS CANNING! Very pleased with this item and would highly recommend it to any first time canner or experienced canner!
