Wonderful Soup Pot
I search long and hard for a large soup pot that was lightweight enough to lift when full of soup or stew. I was not prepared to pay over $100. Found this little jewel and just love it. Very nice looking, easy to clean, good quality aluminum cooking pot. Will consider this as a gift item.
Aluminum Cookware
This is one gorgeous pot. I grew up and learned to cook in aluminum and, no, I'm not afraid of getting Alzheimer's from it. Aluminum cooks food steadily, makes it harder to burn, cleans well by hand or dishwasher and is reliable and just about indestructible. This Cajun Dutch Oven is beautiful. The inside and outside shine and haven't dulled yet. The company got it to me faster than expected and in good shape. They even emailed me ahead to be sure I inspected it immediately and found it acceptable! Worth more than I paid for it. Gonna buy from these people again.
Great Pot
So far it cooks well. made gumbo, cabbage and spaghetti in it. It arrive quickly but didn't have any literature for care or usage. it is kinda not pretty but we like it.
