Exactly what I was looking for
I often cook eggs for one--as well as single veggie burgers--and the larger pans aren't as efficient for the job. The size is perfect, and the non-stick surface is excellent. I always use a bit of butter-flavored spray before heating up the pan because I want to be sure that clean-up is easy. I've used this pan many times since it arrived, and I'm completely satisfied with the results.

I've gone through several small (<8") fry pans/skillets looking for a decent one. Most are thin and light weight... some so much so they won't stay on the burner because the handle is heavier than the pan. Not the case with this one. It is solid and heavy. Has a nice silicone grip on the handle. Time will tell if the non-stick coating holds up. If it does I will be looking the larger versions of this.
Nice smaller pan & well built..
This little 7" pan is heavy duty for sure. I have a commercial 8" that is lighter, but has a slightly better non-stick coating, but this little guy is fine too. Nice balance, great handle and built like a brick. Can't go wrong with this for small jobs. Get one soon..
