Second product that broke
We received the product and used it once. My wife went to use it the second time and the valve portion had broke and the pressure was never able to build up again. Once we finally figured that out we returned and received a replacement. This time the same part broke after about 3 uses. We are not going to return it this time. We are just going to take the loss and buy a different brand.

I have always been a fan of this brand. Just was little hesitant to order this within US but the item arrived just fine and I am really happy with it.
Just bought this couple of months ago
So far no issues. I had used my previous Prestige for over 20 years, but that had a fixed safety valve. This one has a different valve and looks like it can easily break..
