Great Stainless Steel Fry Pan
I love this fry pan. It is induction ready which is why I wanted it. It cleans up very easily. I season it with coconut oil by
heating about 3 T. oil, swirl it to cover pan and letting it sit on low heat until it just begins to smoke a little. Turn off the burner and let it sit until it's cool. Wipe it with a paper towel and it is stick free. I use it everyday and it still shines beautifully. I'd like to have
a 12 " pan just like it. Very pleased with the purchase and shipping was very prompt.

Pan is fine -- cooks good on the induction heat,--but one needs a little muscle to get the pan to look like new.
